Warm Up Superset

Pick any two exercises and perform two rounds of 10-20 reps



Strength Superset

Pick any two exercises and perform two rounds of high effort sets



Core Superset

Pick any two exercises and perform two rounds of 10-20 reps



Cool Down Superset

Pick any two exercises and perform two rounds of 5-10 deep breaths


Remember, not every exercise is the perfect fit for everyone. If your body doesn’t respond well to a particular move leave it out of your program. There are plenty of other options!
