Hover Squats
To perform a squat, stand with your feet approximately shoulder-width apart, and slowly lower your body as if you were sitting back into a chair. Lower yourself down until your thighs are parallel to the ground or just below, hold for a few seconds, then push back up to the standing position and repeat. Keep your back straight, and your knees over your ankles throughout the movement. If it helps, allow your arms to swing forwards as a counter-weight as you descend. To make the exercise harder, hover for longer in the bottom position!
