Spinal Twist
The spinal twist helps maintain good rotational mobility in your spine and feels really good if you have been slouched over a desk all day. Sit on the floor with your legs out in front of you. Bend one knee and cross that leg over the other. Using your arm as a pivot rotate away from the bent leg. Your other arm acts as a balance support. Smoothly rotate your torso, breathe deeply and relax into the stretch. Repeat on both sides.
