Standing Crunch
Work your balance and engage your core muscles with this energising full body exercise! From the standing position circle your elbow up, over and down towards your opposite knee. Simultaneously drive your opposite knee up towards your elbow. Keep your spine tall throughout whilst intentionally bracing your core muscles (no rounding!) Seamlessly transition the motion to the opposite side - so you are kind of marching on the spot and repeat for the desired time or repetition target.
