Childs Pose
Child’s Pose is a very relaxing position which helps stretch the lower back and hips. In this variation you can also add a lateral bend to increase the stretch down the side of the body. See what feels good for you! From all fours, shift your hips back towards your heels. Reach forward with your hands & lower your head/chest to the floor. If it’s more comfortable / feels better adopt a wider stance with your knees. To add an extra dimension walk your hands out to one side. Feel the stretch down the side of your body. Repeat on both sides.
