Side Angle Balance
A simple balance pose which engages and works your lateral core muscles! From the standing position raise one arm overhead. Lean to the opposite side of the raised arm allowing your leg to leave the ground and form a straight line running down the side of your body. Hold this position for time. Feel your lateral core muscles engage as you maintain this side angle pose. Stay balanced through your foot, knee and hip on the planted leg. Avoid leaning to far over (aim for 40ish degrees!)
