Hurdler Twist
This is a great stretch for the quads and hip flexors. Sit on the floor with thighs at 90 degree angles. Your front thigh should be pointing straight out in front of the body and your rear thigh out to the side. Rotate away from the back leg using your arms to support you. You should feel the stretch in the quads and hip flexors of the rear leg. If you don’t feel any stretch bring your rear foot closer to your backside. Repeat on both sides.
