Spinning Floor Kick
This fun floor based exercise incorporates a number of different elements and will get your body moving in unfamiliar ways while elevating your heart rate. Works well when paired with standing cardio calisthenics like jumping jacks. Start sitting on the floor with your outside foot and inside hand planted on the ground. Smoothly and gently kick your inside leg out in front of your body before retracting the leg and spinning over to the opposite side and repeating. It takes a bit of practice but flows nicely once you have got the hang of it.
