Ingredients (Serves 1)
For the pink mixture:
50g frozen raspberries
50g frozen strawberries
60ml unsweetened almond milk
For the white mixture:
80g frozen sliced banana
90g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)
25g vanilla flavour whey or plant-based protein powder
For the toppings:
5 fresh raspberries
1 tsp dark chocolate chips
2g unsweetened coconut flakes or desiccated coconut
a few fresh mint leaves (optional)

Per serving: 298 calories, 32g protein, 29g carbs, 6g fat
Preparation
Place the pink mixture ingredients into a blender jug and blend well until smooth.
Transfer to a serving bowl and spread evenly.
Place the white mixture ingredients into the blender jug and blend well until smooth.
Add spoonfuls of the white mixture over the pink layer.
Swirl briefly add the toppings and serve
