Raspberry Ripple Bowl

Ingredients (Serves 1)

For the pink mixture:

  • 50g frozen raspberries

  • 50g frozen strawberries

  • 60ml unsweetened almond milk

For the white mixture:

  • 80g frozen sliced banana

  • 90g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)

  • 25g vanilla flavour whey or plant-based protein powder

For the toppings:

  • 5 fresh raspberries

  • 1 tsp dark chocolate chips

  • 2g unsweetened coconut flakes or desiccated coconut

  • a few fresh mint leaves (optional)

Nutrition

  • Per serving: 298 calories, 32g protein, 29g carbs, 6g fat

Preparation

  • Place the pink mixture ingredients into a blender jug and blend well until smooth.

  • Transfer to a serving bowl and spread evenly.

  • Place the white mixture ingredients into the blender jug and blend well until smooth.

  • Add spoonfuls of the white mixture over the pink layer.

  • Swirl briefly add the toppings and serve
