Based on your goals and preferences I will tailor a personal workout routine which you will be coached, motivated and encouraged through every step of the way. Each week your progress will be monitored and the challenges updated accordingly. Before long you will not only look great you will also be able to accomplish fitness feats which were simply not possible before.

Between sessions I’ll be on-hand ready to provide extra guidance, motivation and support including down-to-earth nutrition advice, fresh recipe ideas and healthy lifestyle tips to help maximise the results from your training. Getting in shape is not complicated but that does not mean it is easy. Working with a coach is hands-down one of the best ways to take action and stick with the exercise and nutrition habits that will get you from A to B.


Quick And Convenient


As a mobile personal trainer I bring the gym to you. No crowded gym floors, no queuing for equipment and no wasted travel time. Sessions are available across Brighton and Hove and take place at your home, garden or local park. Whatever works best for you! I travel with a range of high-quality equipment allowing you to keep fit, get strong and stay flexible in any location (all you need is a bit of floor space!) Including a personalised program of fitness-building exercises your workout will be done in just 30 minutes leaving you plenty of time to get on with your day.

How Much Does It Cost?

  • Feel fitter, stronger and more energised from £40 per session. Some people just need a boost getting started while others prefer to work with me for much longer. Totally up to you!

    “When I first met Alistair in the depth of Winter 2009/10 I was in a pretty sorry state. Having recently been hospitalised with pneumonia I was weak, unfit and demoralised.
