Peach & Pineapple Protein Smoothie

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 80g fresh peach (or tinned peach in juice, drained)

  • 60g frozen pineapple chunks

  • 25g vanilla flavour whey or plant-based protein powder

  • 60g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)

  • 140ml unsweetened almond milk

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Nutrition

  • Per serving: 215 Calories, 28g Protein, 19g Carbs, 3g Fat

Preparation

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend well until creamy
