Ingredients (Serves 1)
3 tbsps chia seeds
130ml unsweetened almond milk (or use milk of your choice)
25g vanilla flavour whey or plant-based protein powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
For The Toppings
60g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)
40g fresh berries of your choice
2 tsps low sugar granola or muesli

Per serving: 306 calories, 33g protein, 12g carbs, 14g fat
Preparation
Place the ingredients in a bowl. Stir well.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours minimum (overnight if preferred).
Add more milk if the mixture is too thick and stir well.
Serve topped a layer of yoghurt, fresh berries and granola.
