Coconut, Banana And Lime Smoothie

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 80g frozen sliced banana

  • 80ml tinned unsweetened coconut milk

  • 60g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)

  • 25g vanilla flavour whey or plant-based protein powder

  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice

  • A handful of ice cubes

Nutrition

  • Per serving: 352 calories, 28g protein, 24g carbs, 16g fat

Preparation

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend well until creamy
