60g frozen banana
30g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)
1 tsp desiccated coconut
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
20g fresh spinach
A few kiwi slices (optional topping)
Sprinkle of coconut flakes or desiccated coconut (optional topping)
