Coconut Key Lime Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 25g vanilla flavour whey or plant-based protein powder

  • 50ml coconut milk (or use milk of your choice)

  • 60g frozen banana

  • 30g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)

  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut

  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice

  • 20g fresh spinach

  • A few kiwi slices (optional topping)

  • Sprinkle of coconut flakes or desiccated coconut (optional topping)

Nutrition

  • Per serving: 237 calories, 25g protein, 23g carbs, 5g fat

Preparation

  • Place the smoothie bowl ingredients in a blender

  • Blend well until smooth and creamy

  • Transfer to a serving bowl

  • Add the toppings
