Ingredients (Serves 1)
65g oats (use gluten free if preferred)
180ml unsweetened almond milk (or use milk of your choice)
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp allspice
20g vanilla or cinnamon flavour whey or plant-based protein powder
For the drizzle:
10g vanilla or cinnamon flavour whey or plant-based protein powder
20ml milk of your choice
For the topping:
3g walnuts, chopped

Per serving: 386 calories, 31g protein, 43g carbs, 10g fat
Preparation
Place the oats and milk in a saucepan and cook for 2 minutes over a medium flame, stirring occasionally
Stir in the spices, and more milk if required, and cook for 2 minutes or until thick and creamy
Remove the pan from the heat and set aside for 5 minutes
Meanwhile mix the drizzle ingredients in a bowl, adding more milk or water if required to achieve a slightly runny consistency
Add 20g protein powder to the cooked oats and stir rapidly until smooth
Transfer the oats to a bowl and top with the drizzle and chopped walnuts
