Chicken Buffalo Wrap

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 1-2 tsps buffalo sauce

  • 15g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)

  • 40g whole wheat tortilla wrap (use gluten free if preferred)

  • 100g cooked chicken, chopped

  • 20g celery, chopped

  • 30g cucumber, chopped

  • 20g red cabbage, shredded and chopped

  • 25g carrot, grated

  • A small handful of romaine lettuce or spinach

  • 15g crumbled blue cheese or feta cheese (use dairy free if preferred)

Nutrition

  • Per Serving: 386 Calories, 28g Carbs, 37g Protein, 14g Fat

Preparation

  • Mix the yoghurt and buffalo sauce in a small bowl

  • Place the tortilla wrap on a flat surface and spread the sauce down the centre

  • Arrange the remaining ingredients over the sauce

  • Fold the wrap, tucking in the ends as you fold, to seal the filling inside

  • Slice in half and serve
