Ingredients (Serves 1)
1-2 tsps buffalo sauce
15g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)
40g whole wheat tortilla wrap (use gluten free if preferred)
100g cooked chicken, chopped
20g celery, chopped
30g cucumber, chopped
20g red cabbage, shredded and chopped
25g carrot, grated
A small handful of romaine lettuce or spinach
15g crumbled blue cheese or feta cheese (use dairy free if preferred)

Preparation
Mix the yoghurt and buffalo sauce in a small bowl
Place the tortilla wrap on a flat surface and spread the sauce down the centre
Arrange the remaining ingredients over the sauce
Fold the wrap, tucking in the ends as you fold, to seal the filling inside
Slice in half and serve
