Ingredients (Serves 1)
125g plain or Greek yoghurt (use dairy free yoghurt if preferred)
40g ripe avocado, mashed
20g whey or plant-based protein powder (any flavour)
2 tsps fresh lime juice
A few cardamon seeds (optional)
1 tsp lime zest, finely grated
For The Toppings
A few fresh blueberries
1 tsp lime zest, finely grated
1 tsp mixed seeds e.g. flaxseed, chia or sunflower seeds

Preparation
Spoon the yoghurt into a bowl
Add the avocado, protein powder, lime juice, lime zest and cardamom seeds
Stir until thoroughly combined
Add the toppings and serve
