Almond Banana And Sea Salt Smoothie

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 10g almond butter

  • 100g ripe or frozen banana, peeled

  • 1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon or ginger

  • 25g vanilla flavour whey or plant-based protein powder

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 3-5 ice cubes (optional)

Nutrition

  • Per Serving: 293 Calories, 29g Carbs, 24g Protein, 9g Fat

Preparation

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender jug and blend well until creamy
