Watermelon And Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 180ml long-life coconut drink or milk of your choice

  • 150g watermelon

  • 120g frozen strawberries

  • 25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Nutrition

  • Per Serving - 233 Calories, 24g Carbs, 23g Protein, 5g Fat

Preparation

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend well until creamy
