Ingredients (Serves 1)
60g oats (use gluten free if preferred)
150ml unsweetened almond milk
1 heaped tsp chia seeds
25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder
30g cream cheese (use dairy free if preferred)
80g strawberries, chopped
25g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)

Preparation
Place the oats in a sealable container
Add the milk, chia seeds, protein powder, cream cheese and half of the strawberries.
Stir well then cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
Stir and add more milk if desired.
Transfer to a serving bowl, layering with the yoghurt and remaining strawberries.
Decorate with a sliced strawberry and serve.
