Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 60g oats (use gluten free if preferred)

  • 150ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 heaped tsp chia seeds

  • 25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder

  • 30g cream cheese (use dairy free if preferred)

  • 80g strawberries, chopped

  • 25g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)

Nutrition

  • Per Serving: 495 Calories, 47g Carbs, 34g Protein, 19g Fat

Preparation

  • Place the oats in a sealable container

  • Add the milk, chia seeds, protein powder, cream cheese and half of the strawberries.

  • Stir well then cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.

  • Stir and add more milk if desired.

  • Transfer to a serving bowl, layering with the yoghurt and remaining strawberries.

  • Decorate with a sliced strawberry and serve.
