Raspberry And Almond Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients List (Serves 1)

  • 100g frozen banana

  • 120g fresh or frozen raspberries

  • 100ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder (optional)

  • 20g almond butter

  • 5 ice cubes (optional)

For the topping:

  • Sliced strawberry

  • Some raspberries

  • A sprinkle of desiccated coconut

Nutrition:

  • Per Serving: 384 Calories, 32g Carbs, 28g Protein, 16g Fat

Preparation:

  • Place the ingredients in a blender jug and blend well until smooth and creamy

  • Add more ice if required

  • Transfer to a bowl and add the toppings
