Ingredients (Makes 6 Kebabs)
450g chicken breast, diced
75ml olive oil
2 tsps dried oregano
1 tbsp garlic granules
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp lemon zest, finely grated

Preparation
Place all of the ingredients in a bowl, except for the lemon juice and zest, and stir well
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
Soak 6 wooden skewers in cold water for 30 minutes, or prepare 6 metal skewers.
Thread the chicken onto the skewers
Place a non-stick frying pan over a medium flame
Add the skewers and fry for 4 minutes
Turn and fry for another 4 minutes or until thoroughly cooked
Top with the lemon zest and lemon juice
Serve with steamed vegetables or a Greek salad and pitta bread
