Salted Maple Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 100g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)

  • 230ml strong coffee, left to cool (use decaffeinated if preferred)

  • 25g vanilla flavour whey or plant-based protein powder

  • 10g almond butter

  • 60g frozen sliced banana

  • ⅛ tsp sea salt

  • a handful of ice cubes

  • 1-2 tsps maple syrup

Nutrition

  • Per serving: 295 calories, 33g protein, 25g carbs, 7g fat

Preparation

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend well until creamy
