230ml strong coffee, left to cool (use decaffeinated if preferred)
25g vanilla flavour whey or plant-based protein powder
10g almond butter
60g frozen sliced banana
⅛ tsp sea salt
a handful of ice cubes
1-2 tsps maple syrup
