Ingredients List (Serves 1)

  • 40ml coconut milk

  • 30g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder (optional)

  • 60ml chilled coconut water or cold water

  • 20g fresh spinach leaves

  • 40g fresh or tinned pineapple

  • 50g cucumber

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 2 ice cubes

Nutrition Info:

  • Per serving: 240 calories, 8g fat, 16g carbs, 26g protein

Preparation Instructions:

  • Place the ingredients in a blender jug and blend until smooth

  • Consume immediately
