100ml unsweetened almond milk
115ml strong black coffee, cooled
25g vanilla flavour whey or plant-based protein powder
80g frozen sliced banana
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
½ tsp ground cinnamon
⅛ tsp sea salt (optional)

Place all of the ingredients in a blender jug and blend well until thick and creamy then serve.
