Mocha Cinnamon Smoothie

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 100ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 115ml strong black coffee, cooled

  • 25g vanilla flavour whey or plant-based protein powder

  • 80g frozen sliced banana

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • ⅛ tsp sea salt (optional)

Nutrition

  • Per serving: 200 Calories 22g Protein, 19g Carbs, 4g Fat

Preparation

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender jug and blend well until thick and creamy then serve.
