Ingredients (Serves 4)
500g roast turkey breast, chopped
80g mayonnaise
100g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)
2 tsps Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
50g celery, finely diced
50g spring onions, sliced
2 tsps fresh dill, chopped
50g dried cranberries
35g pecan halves, lightly toasted
A pinch of sea salt and ground black pepper
Romaine lettuce leaves to serve

Preparation
Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and stir until combined
Taste and add more seasoning if desired
Wrap in lettuce leaves (or regular wraps) to serve
