Coconut And Lime Cooler

Ingredients List (Serves 1)

  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut

  • 80ml tinned unsweetened coconut milk

  • 25g vanilla or coconut flavour whey or rice protein powder

  • The juice of 1 lime

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • A large handful of ice cubes

Nutrition:

  • Per serving: 277 calories, 9g carbs, 22g protein, 17g fat

Preparation:

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender jug and blend well until creamy
