Ingredients List (Serves 1)
- 10g Brazil nuts 
- 30g oats (use gluten free if preferred) 
- 5g almonds 
- 5g walnuts 
- 10g pumpkin seeds 
- 70ml unsweetened almond milk 
- 50ml tinned unsweetened coconut milk 
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup 
For the topping:
- A few chopped nuts 
- A few pumpkin seeds 
Nutrition:
- Per serving: 371 calories, 21g carbs, 11g protein, 27g fat 
Preparation:
- Place the ingredients in a bowl and stir well 
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight 
- Taste and add more maple syrup if required 
- Serve cold or heat in a pan until warm
