Ingredients List (Serves 1)
10g Brazil nuts
30g oats (use gluten free if preferred)
5g almonds
5g walnuts
10g pumpkin seeds
70ml unsweetened almond milk
50ml tinned unsweetened coconut milk
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
For the topping:
A few chopped nuts
A few pumpkin seeds
Nutrition:
Per serving: 371 calories, 21g carbs, 11g protein, 27g fat
Preparation:
Place the ingredients in a bowl and stir well
Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight
Taste and add more maple syrup if required
Serve cold or heat in a pan until warm
