Chicken Pesto Wrap

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 10g green pesto

  • 2 tbsps light mayonnaise

  • 1 x 40g tortilla wrap (use gluten free if preferred)

  • 10g Provolone or Emmental cheese, sliced (use dairy free if preferred)

  • 40g avocado, sliced

  • 2 rashers back bacon, grilled

  • 90g cooked chicken breast, chopped

  • A small handful of spinach leaves

Nutrition

  • Per Serving: 530 Calories, 29g Carbs, 27g Protein, 34g Fat

Preparation

  • Place the mayonnaise and pesto in a bowl and mix until combined

  • Spread the pesto mayonnaise onto the tortilla and top with the cheese, avocado, bacon, chicken and spinach

  • Roll the tortilla up tightly, tucking in the sides
