10g green pesto
2 tbsps light mayonnaise
1 x 40g tortilla wrap (use gluten free if preferred)
10g Provolone or Emmental cheese, sliced (use dairy free if preferred)
40g avocado, sliced
2 rashers back bacon, grilled
90g cooked chicken breast, chopped
A small handful of spinach leaves

Preparation
Place the mayonnaise and pesto in a bowl and mix until combined
Spread the pesto mayonnaise onto the tortilla and top with the cheese, avocado, bacon, chicken and spinach
Roll the tortilla up tightly, tucking in the sides
