Chai Spiced Protein Yoghurt

Ingredients List (Serves 1)

  • 180g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)

  • 20g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tsps chia seeds

  • 1⁄2 tsp ground nutmeg

  • 1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tsp ground ginger

  • 1⁄2 tsp ground black pepper

  • 1⁄2 tsp ground cardamom

For The Topping:

  • 50g ripe banana, sliced

  • 1 tsp cocoa nibs

  • 1⁄2 tsp flaked almonds

Nutrition Info:

  • Per serving: 432 calories, 24g fat, 26g carbs, 28g protein

Preparation Instructions:

  • Mix the yoghurt and protein powder in a bowl

  • Add the chia seeds and vanilla extract

  • Allow to stand for 10 minutes

  • Mix the spices in a separate bowl

  • Sprinkle quarter of the mixture over the yoghurt and stir

  • Taste and add more spice mix if required

  • Transfer to a serving bowl

  • Add the toppings and serve
