180g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)
20g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsps chia seeds
1⁄2 tsp ground nutmeg
1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1⁄2 tsp ground black pepper
1⁄2 tsp ground cardamom
For The Topping:
50g ripe banana, sliced
1 tsp cocoa nibs
1⁄2 tsp flaked almonds

Preparation Instructions:
Mix the yoghurt and protein powder in a bowl
Add the chia seeds and vanilla extract
Allow to stand for 10 minutes
Mix the spices in a separate bowl
Sprinkle quarter of the mixture over the yoghurt and stir
Taste and add more spice mix if required
Transfer to a serving bowl
Add the toppings and serve
