Ingredients List (Serves 1)

  • 80g carrot, peeled, ends removed and chopped

  • 100g fresh grapefruit, peeled and pith removed

  • 1 navel orange, peeled and pith removed

  • 4 ice cubes

  • Juice of 1 lime

Nutrition Info

  • Per serving: 181 calories, 1g fat, 40g carbs, 3g protein

Preparation Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend well until smooth. Serve.

  • Consume immediately.
