Almond And Vanilla Shake

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 100ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 25g vanilla flavour whey or plant-based protein powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 10g ground almonds

  • 50g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)

  • 2 ice cubes

Nutrition

  • Per Serving: 232 Calories, 6g Carbs, 25g Protein, 12g Fat

Preparation

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy
