Honestly you could say the same for exercise!
I’ve worked with hundreds of training clients over the years. City slickers, business owners, single parents. Not once have I met someone who was legitimately too busy to exercise.
It mostly boils down to boosting exercise up your priority list.
And with the added physical and mental energy a more active lifestyle provides the rest of your chaotic schedule will likely start to feel a lot less overwhelming.
You don’t have time to exercise. You make time to exercise!
