The more we rely on highly processed foods the less healthy our diet becomes.

Food processing strips foods of their nutritional content leaving behind empty calories which have a long shelf life and high profit margin.
Good for the food manufacturer.
Bad for our waistline and wellbeing.
Wherever possible… choose the WHOLE food.
