Sunlight, fresh air, nature. The perfect remedy to an otherwise stressful day!
Yet it’s amazing how often I still feel the gentle pull of inertia before heading off. A little voice nudging me towards some more Netflix or reminding me of all the stuff still on my to-do list.
More and more I’m learning to ignore this voice.
And I’m always pleased when I do.
