One of the reasons I like (and recommend) morning workouts is you start your day with a win which often snowballs and compounds into other healthy choices.
But it doesn’t have to be a tough training session. An energising stretching sequence, an early morning walk, a five minute meditation, a super-healthy breakfast. Anything which boosts your mind, body and spirit has the potential to trigger a domino-effect of healthier choices throughout the rest of the day.
Noisy social media feeds and stressful work emails can wait.
