Hover Squat

If you don’t have a wall to perform wall sits then perform a hover squat instead. Stand in front of a chair, sofa or bench (or just imagine one is there!) Slowly squat down, pushing your hips back and bending your knees while keeping your heels firmly planted and your knees tracking in line with your toes. Keeping your chest up, hover your hips just above the chair and hold for time.
