Wall Sit
The Wall Sit is a fantastic way to build serious leg strength and endurance without any equipment. To perform it, press your back flat against a wall and slide down until your hips are level with your knees, as if you’re sitting in an invisible chair. Hold strong and feel the deep burn in your quads!
Performance Tips
Keep your back flat against the wall
Ensure your knees are directly over your ankles.
Don’t let your heels rise up off the ground
Actively push your knees slightly outward, aligning them with your hips.
To make the exercise easier don’t slide down the wall quite as far.
To make the exercise harder ensure your thighs are parallel with the ground and actively push your feet down into the floor throughout the hold.
