Hamstring Curls
A simple exercise for strengthening your hamstrings and hips. Lie on your back with your feet placed on top of a swiss ball. Place your arms out to the side for stability. Engage your glutes and extend your hips off the ground till your body is in a straight line. This is your start and end position! Begin the movement by pulling down through your heels and curling the ball towards you. Simultaneously extend (lift) the hips upwards by squeezing your glutes. Pull your arms down into the ground. Pause and hold when your hips are fully extended and your legs are fully curled. Slowly reverse the movement and repeat.
