Ingredients (Makes 6 Bars)
60g oats (use gluten free if preferred)
30g vanilla flavour whey or plant-based protein powder
100g nut butter of your choice
30g honey or maple syrup
20g dark chocolate chips

Preparation
Line the base of a small baking tin or loaf tin with baking paper.
Place the ingredients in large bowl, except for the chocolate chips.
Stir well until combined.
Add a drop of cold water and stir again until the mixture is slightly sticky.
Add the chocolate chips and stir well.
Pour into the tin and press down firmly to compact the mixture.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until firm.
Cut into 6 bars.
