Raspberry And Lemon Protein Pot

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 25g vanilla or chocolate flavour whey or plant-based protein powder

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 120g low fat cottage cheese (use dairy free if preferred)

  • 180g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)

  • 2-3 tsps lemon zest, finely grated (use an unwaxed lemon)

  • 30g fresh raspberries

Nutrition

  • Per serving: 337 Calories, 50g Protein, 23g Carbs, 5g Fats

Preparation

  • Place the yoghurt, cottage cheese, vanilla extract, and protein powder in a blender and blend until smooth.

  • Transfer to a sealable container and refrigerate for 2 hours, overnight or until set.

  • Top with lemon zest and berries.
