Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 120g chopped fresh or frozen pineapple or mango

  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric

  • 1 tsp coconut oil, melted

  • A handful of lettuce leaves

  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder

  • 5g fresh ginger, peeled (or use 1/2 tsp ground ginger)

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Nutrition

  • Per Serving: 282 calories, 25g carbs, 23g protein, 10g fat

Preparation

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend well until creamy
