Peanut Cookie Energy Balls

Ingredients (Makes 8 Energy Balls)

  • 125g oats (use gluten free if preferred)

  • 40g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder

  • 100g peanut butter or almond butter

  • 30g milk or dark chocolate chips

  • 2 tbsps cold water or unsweetened almond milk

Nutrition

  • Per Ball: 169 calories, 13g carbs, 9g protein, 9g fat

Preparation

  • Place the ingredients in a large bowl

  • Mix well until combined

  • Add more water or milk if the mixture is too dry

  • Roll into 8 balls and serve
