Ingredients (Makes 8 Energy Balls)
125g oats (use gluten free if preferred)
40g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder
100g peanut butter or almond butter
30g milk or dark chocolate chips
2 tbsps cold water or unsweetened almond milk

Preparation
Place the ingredients in a large bowl
Mix well until combined
Add more water or milk if the mixture is too dry
Roll into 8 balls and serve
