Orange, Mango And Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 3 tbsps fresh orange juice

  • 180ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 50g fresh or frozen mango

  • 50g frozen banana

  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric

  • 5g oats (use gluten free if preferred)

  • 25g vanilla flavour whey or plant-based protein powder

  • 15g brazil nuts

Nutrition

  • Per Serving: 350 Calories, 31g Carbs, 25g Protein, 14g Fat

Preparation

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender jug and blend until creamy
