20g vanilla flavour whey or plant-based protein powder
80g strawberries, blueberries or raspberries
3g sunflower, pumpkin, or chia seeds
2 tsps squeezy or smooth peanut or almond butter
1 tsp honey or maple syrup

Preparation
Place the yoghurt and protein powder in a bowl
Stir well until smooth
Top with the remaining ingredients and serve
