Crunchy Berry Yoghurt

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 180g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)

  • 20g vanilla flavour whey or plant-based protein powder

  • 80g strawberries, blueberries or raspberries

  • 3g sunflower, pumpkin, or chia seeds

  • 2 tsps squeezy or smooth peanut or almond butter

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

Nutrition

  • Per Serving: 312 Calories, 23g Carbs, 37g Protein, 8g Fat

Preparation

  • Place the yoghurt and protein powder in a bowl

  • Stir well until smooth

  • Top with the remaining ingredients and serve
