Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 1 navel orange, peel, pith and pips removed

  • 25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder (optional)

  • 10g mixed seeds

  • 40g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)

  • 4 ice cubes

  • Serves 1

  • Per serving: 262 calories - 6g fat - 24g carbs - 28g protein

Preparation

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend well until smooth

  • Serve and consume immediately
