65g oats (use gluten free if preferred)
120ml unsweetened coconut milk (dairy free alternative longlife drink)
70ml tinned unsweetened coconut milk
11⁄2 tsps desiccated coconut
For the topping:
1⁄2 tsp desiccated coconut
1 tsp shelled hempseed or flaxseed
1 tsp cocoa nibs

Preparation Instructions:
Place the oats, tinned coconut milk and coconut milk drink in a pan over a medium heat
Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently until thick and creamy
Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the desiccated coconut
Transfer to a serving bowl
Add the topping ingredients
Taste and add sweetener if required
