Creamy Cashew And Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 60g fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder

  • 180ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tsp cocoa nibs

  • 10g cashew nuts

  • 5 ice cubes

Nutrition

  • Per Serving: 233 Calories, 14g Carbs, 24g Protein, 9g Fat

Preparation

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend well until creamy
