Ingredients List (Serves 1)

  • 35g cooked beetroot

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 70g frozen strawberries

  • 60g fresh or frozen cherries

  • 25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder (optional)

  • 180ml unsweetened almond milk

Nutrition Info:

  • Per serving: 241 calories, 5g fat, 26g carbs, 23g protein

Preparation Instructions:

  • Place the ingredients in a blender and blend well until smooth
