Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 2 navel oranges, peel and pith removed

  • 3-5g fresh ginger, peeled

  • 3-5g fresh turmeric, peeled

  • 2 small carrots, peeled and ends removed

  • A pinch of ground black pepper

  • Per Serving: 96 Calories, 22g Carbs, 2g Protein, 0g Fat

Preparation

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend well until smooth
